Update to ISO 12156 for lubricity tests

At the beginning of September 2023, ISO (International Organization for Standardization) published the new standard ISO 12156-1:2023; “Diesel fuel. Evaluation of lubricity using high-frequency reciprocating refueling (HFRR) equipment. Part 1: Test method”, which adds the use of a wear-tracking chamber to the existing standard.
