Instrumentación Analitica, S.A. will always provide you with a solution by making a repair estimate or a report of the failure found and with the best recommendations for you from the repair to the replacement of the equipment (depending on the failure).

All repairs are guaranteed for 3 months.

As we are the Official Technical Service of the brands we represent, we always use original parts.

Once we receive the equipment in our SAT, the corresponding Department will inform you of its reception and once the diagnosis has been made, a repair estimate will be sent to you via e-mail. You can also contact us through web forms or call 913588879 or 934787161.

Ideally, preventive maintenance should be performed on an annual basis to ensure that the equipment functions properly for as long as possible and to prevent downtime from impairing its proper operation. The objective is to optimize equipment lifetime.

Maintenance contracts (CM) are designed to ensure the proper functioning of your equipment over time. Thanks to preventive maintenance, you ensure reliable results, extend equipment life and avoid costly repairs or potential performance concerns.

There are two types of contracts:

  • STANDARD: Includes an overhaul in accordance with the manufacturer’s standards and current regulations.
  • CUSTOMIZED: Adapted to the specific needs of the client and its production process, including Adjustment, Verification or Non ENAC Calibration certificates, as required.

In addition, for rotational viscosity equipment, we offer maintenance with ENAC 17025 Calibration certificate, ensuring maximum accuracy and traceability.
