Radiological Rate Measurement

Issuance of radiological verification reports for X-Ray Fluorescence equipment to control processes and analytical techniques. According to the Regulation on Nuclear and Radioactive Installations (R.D. 1836/1999 and its amendment R.D. 1217/2024, December 3), to approve the type of a radioactive device incorporating radioactive substances or generating ionizing radiation, one of the conditions to meet is to provide documentation evidencing the results obtained in the tests verified with the prototype, regarding the radiological protection conditions.

Tests

  • Radiation level measurement: Ensure that radiation levels do not exceed 1 µSv/h at a distance of 0.1 m from any accessible surface of the equipment.
  • Verification of safety systems: Check the proper functioning of mechanisms designed to prevent radiological risks.
  • Inspection of signage: Confirm that the device’s signage and warnings are clear and in compliance with current regulations.

As we are the Official Technical Service of the brands we represent, we always use original parts.

Ideally, preventive maintenance should be performed on an annual basis to ensure that the equipment functions properly for as long as possible and to prevent downtime from impairing its proper operation. The objective is to optimize equipment lifetime.

Maintenance contracts (CM) are designed to ensure the proper functioning of your equipment over time. Thanks to preventive maintenance, you ensure reliable results, extend equipment life and avoid costly repairs or potential performance concerns.

There are two types of contracts:

  • STANDARD: Includes an overhaul in accordance with the manufacturer’s standards and current regulations.
  • CUSTOMIZED: Adapted to the specific needs of the client and its production process, including Adjustment, Verification or Non ENAC Calibration certificates, as required.

In addition, for rotational viscosity equipment, we offer maintenance with ENAC 17025 Calibration certificate, ensuring maximum accuracy and traceability.
