The DVNext viscometer is Brookfield’s latest model that incorporates new advanced features such as:
- Digital leveling
- Ethernet connectivity
- Startup wizard
- Gel timer functionality
- Optional magnetic coupling accessory (replaces EZ-Lock)
- Optional bar code scanner
- Handheld scanner for barcode detection – Accessory detection with barcode detection
- Magnetic coupling attachment (replaces EZ-Lock)
- 21CFR Part 11 compliance without software and GAMP compliant
- LIMS connectivity
- Print to non-editable PDF.
It is an easy to use instrument to measure viscosity and yield point.
It is available in a standard version and an FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliant version.
Includes:
– Stand/base
– Cone (to be chosen according to range) and sample cup
- Determination of absolute viscosity of small samples (0.5 – 2.0 mL)
- Fast temperature control due to small sample size.
- The sample cup is lined and has fittings for connection to a constant temperature circulating bath.
- Touch screen
- Automatic zero function to ensure accurate torque measurement
- Auto range function to define the full scale range (FSR) for all spindle/speed combinations
- Torque measuring accuracy: 1% of full scale range
- Repeatability: 0.2% of full scale range
