The new CCS2100-G6 consists of a thermoelectrically cooled rotor with vacuum system and injection pump, a 14-position sample carousel, a temperature verification kit, an integrated chiller, proprietary software and a set of Cannon CL viscosity standards.
Meets all accuracy requirements and specifications of ASTM D5293 and SAE J300 standards

- Integrated design: smaller size without external chiller, waste pump or computer, optimizing laboratory space.
- Fully automated operation: load and analyze up to 14 samples with unattended operation for superior repeatability and reproducibility.
- Solvent-free cleaning: automatically purges previous samples using a portion of the next sample during a thermoelectric heating cycle, eliminating the need for external solvents.
- Calibration flexibility: the optional 4-0il enhanced calibration significantly reduces calibration time without affecting the accuracy of the results.
- Now users have the possibility to verify temperature accuracy and calibrate their own instrument.

- Stand-alone touch screen interface: intuitive touch screen for seamless integrated setup, testing and diagnostics, with options to export results and other relevant information via USB or Ethernet cable, and data management, with options to save or export results.
- FlowHub® software allows data transfer between a computer and several instruments, such as data export and import. 1) Export: data to LIMS, calibration certificate generation, carousel configuration, standard oil management, automatic backup of instrument configuration, among many other functions. 2) Import: data, instrument calibration data, among many other functions.
