Ultra-high-purity moisture analyser for semiconductor manufacturing processes, inert and speciality gases, component and system testing, and laboratory research applications, with a measurement range in parts per billion. Designed for critical applications involving ultra-pure gases. Featuring NIST-validated P₂O₅ electrolytic technology and detection down to 0.7 ppbV, it offers direct, absolute and drift-free measurement, ideal for processes where moisture is a key determinant of quality and performance.
