The FluidPrep™ concentrator pipette system is designed to simplify workflows and increase assay sensitivity. This system is highly efficient in recovering microorganisms and particles, including bacteria, parasites, molds, fungal spores, whole cells, viruses and synthetic particles, from sample volumes ranging from 0.5 mL to 5 L. The single-pass method uses powerful filtration followed by instant sample recovery using the Wet Foam Elution™ process that provides a highly concentrated sample ideal for detection by culture, PCR, sequencing and more, with unprecedented speed and efficiency. For applications requiring fast and reliable sample concentration, this system provides a faster and simpler alternative to traditional methods by culture, centrifugation and ultracentrifugation.
