Flowmeter model SL 3000 (3G)

Designed by SonTek for channels or waterways where the variation of levels is known and where the distribution of velocities across the channel is important (changes in roughness, asymmetries, etc.). Its application is also ideal in channels and canals with a high sediment load and in small rivers.

3.0 MHz ADP (Acoustic Doppler Profiler) velocity transducers, consisting of two beams for measurement in the horizontal plane.

Multi-cell speed profiles (up to 128 cells).
Dynamic level measurement with a third vertical measuring beam. Redundant measurement with internal pressure sensor.
Flow calculation and output, including total flow and volume.
Internal temperature sensor.
Position/tilt sensor (Compass).
Sontek SL software: "Intelligent Flow" for sensor parameterization, data acquisition, flow calculation and data processing.
