The A. Krüss Optronic FP8000 flame photometer is used for the simple and precise determination of the concentration of alkaline and alkaline earth elements in aqueous solutions during laboratory and process analysis. The instrument can process up to 300 samples per hour, making it a world leader!
The FP8000 series is designed to use propane or acetylene as flue gas. This allows simultaneous photometric flame measurement of up to five elements (purified and dry compressed air is required for operation).
The device can be managed directly by the user and ensures full traceability of the measurement results. A PROFIBUS DP and two Ethernet interfaces allow the process to be controlled from the PLC. Two USB interfaces allow data export (e.g. in .csv format) or firmware update via USB stick.
The FP8000 has 5 independent measuring channels and a separate channel for flame monitoring. All 5 measuring channels can be equipped with corresponding filters. The FP8000 does not require any guideline for this, it can perform measurements either with or without a reference element.
This proven measuring method together with modern electronics and innovative process control make the FP 8000 an indispensable component of measuring processes.
