Digital densimeter model DS7700 "Set 4" with automatic sample injection

Digital density meters with oscillating U-tube method best meet the requirements for accuracy, speed, required sample volume and ease of integration into the manufacturing process. Fully suitable for quality control both in the laboratory and on the production line.

The DS7000 density meters are available in two versions:

DS7700 and DS7800. Their only difference is in measurement accuracy; all other features are identical.

The sample and the medium for cleaning the U-tube oscillator are introduced with a Luer syringe (Set 1 Ref. AKDS7700-1/Ref. AKDS7800-1 and Set 2 Ref. AKDS7700-2/Ref. AKDS7800-2).

It requires the DS7070 peristaltic pump, which will draw the required volume of sample or cleaning medium into the U-tube oscillator. Depending on the integrated drying unit used, it is not necessary to exchange the drain tube and air tube when switching from sample supply or cleaning to the drying process (Set 3 Ref. AKDS7700-3/AKDS7800-3).

Together with the DS7070 peristaltic pump, the AS80 and AS90 autosamplers enable a fully automatic process. The samples from the autosampler are successively withdrawn by the suction needle and fed into the U-tube oscillator by the peristaltic pump. If desired, the system can be rinsed and dried automatically after each measurement (Set 4 Ref. AKDS7700-4/AKDS7800-4 and Set 5 Ref. DS7700-5/DS7800-5).
