The new AvCountHV is an automatic particle counter for lubricants and high-viscosity hydraulic oils (up to 1500 mm²/s at 20°C). It offers automatic measurement of particle size and distribution, as well as water droplets, with a simple touchscreen interface that reduces the need for training and minimises operating costs.

It includes a dilution protocol, real-time display, four integrated methods, user and sample identification, and password-protected levels. Its software allows results to be evaluated in accordance with ASTM D6299.
