HOUILLON automatic viscometer for clear or dark liquids, with built-in cleaning system. According to ASTM D7279, ASTM D2270.

General characteristics of the system:   
  • Sample volume: 1 ml.        
  • Detection system: optical by light diffused on the walls. 
  • The determination of different measurements of the same sample can be carried out by computer programming.            
  • Calibration constants for each tube built into memory     
  • Sample identification number, results obtained by: screen, printer and file.

Constant temperature BATH with capacity for four viscometers.       

 Characteristics:              

  • Viscosity range: from 2 to 2000 cSt at 40ºC.
  • Temperature range: 20 to 120 °C.
  • Digital temperature control with +0.01°C stability.

FOUR VISCOSITY TUBES installed in the bath to cover the selected viscosity range. With mounted optical detection system.           

AUTOMATIC CLEANING SYSTEM. With:
Solvent tank that is injected between programmed suction periods and drying cycle. Double solvent.
Vacuum system with Teflon pump.

CONTROL AND DATA PROCESSING SYSTEM. With:
VH software to control up to 4 bathrooms.
PC compatible computer
Printer.         

Kinematic viscosity of lubricating oils, waste oils, fuels, polymers and similar materials over a wide viscosity range.
