The Simplex 2700 system is a fully automated, CIP-compliant online sampling system designed for accurate testing against the possibility of bacteria.
An advantage of the fully automated system is that it can minimize the risk of secondary infection and costly errors made during handling.
The sampling bottles are sealed with a membrane at the top that can remain in place from autoclaving through the incubation process, minimizing any hazardous exposure to personnel.
It provides a flexible and easily programmable sampling frequency for a thorough and accurate analysis of the entire batch. The sampling system can be controlled by a stand-alone control unit or integrated with your own PLC.
This unit does not allow air to enter during sampling, making it 99.9% sterile. It operates fully automatically and requires virtually no maintenance.

A variety of essential sensors are available for automated PLC-controlled systems:
  • Closed Stericap (for CIP (Clean In Place) cleaning)
  • Sample flask present

A sampling system option is also available with an additional manual lever for manual sampling and easy release of condensed water.
Various systems available:
  • Simplex 650 manual sampler: Simplex 650H version operates manually and Simplex 650H/PN can be operated manually and pneumatically.
  • Sampling system with filtration.
  • Sealing: Metal cone with full EPDM or Viton lining, line pressure sealing
  • Working air pressure: min. 6 bar, max. 8 bar
  • Technical data: Version with EPDM or Viton metal cone
  • Line pressure: from 0,5 to 12 bar
  • Functionality: up to 12 bar line pressure – air pressure control 8 bar
  • Overvoltage: up to max. 30 bar without opening, without damage
  • Aperture pitch: 2 to 2.5 mm
