YSI DB1300 buoy with water column profiling capability up to 20 m depth.
The buoy includes:

• Robust corrosion resistant winch made of Delrin, with 20 m cable compatible with any YSI EXO sonde model.

• 4G telemetry system. The customer must provide a telephone SIM card with static public IP and 500 mb.
• Programming to configure profiles using YSI Profile Wizard software, through an intuitive menu.
• Programming for sending data to base station through Loggernet software.

It provides easy and fast access to water quality data measured by YSI multiparameter probes, allowing to configure the measurement interval and profiles by remote control.
The availability of 4G modem communication for the data dump provides more information and a quick alert before possible water contamination events and saves field visits for the data dump.
