New Eraflash X, the safest and fastest solution for testing the flash point of all types of fuels: diesel fuel, jet fuel, kerosene, fuel oil, as well as lubricating oils, biofuel blends and many other liquids. Custom designed for the petroleum industry for all types of liquids over a wide temperature range from 18°C to 370°C using only 2 ml sample. Fully compliant with the latest ASTM D7094 standard providing 100% safety and unmatched speed.
  • Xtra SAFE: Based on the intrinsically safe CCCFP design, ERAFLASH X measures the flash point by pressure changes inside a continuously closed cup. An electric arc is used as the ignition source, eliminating the risk of fire in your laboratory.
  • Xtra ACCURATE: ERAFLASH X is the most accurate flash point meter for all types of petroleum-based liquids. As demonstrated by the latest ASTM ASTM D7094-23 interlaboratory study, it offers best-in-class accuracy over the widest temperature range and for the widest range of samples.
  • Xtra EASY: Unlike the 75 ml of a traditional ASTM D93 Pensky-Martens flash point test, ASTM D7094 requires only 2 ml of sample. Flash point testing with ERAFLASH X requires no special sample preparation and sample filling and clean-up is done in a matter of seconds. Virtually no waste of potentially hazardous materials is generated, which significantly reduces the costs per measurement.
  • Xtra FAST: ERAFLASH X incorporates eralytics' patented PBT - Peltier Boost TechnologyTM, which enables unmatched heating and cooling power and a wide temperature range from 18°C to 370°C (64°F to 689°F). In combination with the small sample volume, significantly shorter response times are achieved compared to all other flash point meters on the market. With ERAFLASH X, a typical ASTM D7094 diesel fuel measurement is completed in less than 12 min, which is twice as fast as a traditional D93 Pensky-Martens test. This allows up to 5 complete flash point tests per hour.
