Informed consent for the processing of data, image and voice.

I.- PRIOR INFORMATION

1.1.- Regulatory regulations

The right to one’s own image is a right recognized in Article 18.1 of the Spanish Constitution and is regulated among other rules in the Organic Law 1/1982, of May 5, on the Right to Honor, Personal and Family Privacy, and Self-Image, in the European Regulation 679/2016, of April 27 on the Protection of Personal Data, in the Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights, and partly in the Organic Law 15/99 on the Protection of Personal Data and its Development Regulation RD 1720/2007.

1.2.- On the training and advertising activity of INSTRUMENTACIÓN ANALÍTICA S.A.

INSTRUMENTACIÓN ANALÍTICA , in its constant commitment to improve the quality of service, organizes technical training events for its own employees, collaborators and, where appropriate, customers, inviting specialists in the area concerned for their presentations.

These events can take place in person, – at the company’s or the speaker’s own facilities, through videoconferences (webinars) or in a mixed form, in person for those who wish to attend and through an online connection in real time.

The seminars are usually recorded, including the contributions of the attendees and can be reproduced in successive trainings and, at the request not only of the interested parties themselves but also of future interested third parties in order to strengthen the knowledge that is taught.

In addition, “advertising clips” are published in a very excerpted form on our website(www.instru.es).

1.3.- PERSONAL ATTENDANCE TO THE EVENT, any participant / physical attendee to any of the events organized by INSTRUMENTACIÓN ANALÍTICA S.A. accepts that his/her image, voice and contributions may appear in the recording of the event and may be reproduced in its entirety in subsequent training events as many times as INSTRUMENTACIÓN ANALÍTICA S.A. deems appropriate.

1.4.- ONLINE ASSISTANCE

The person who attends On-line to any of the events, if he/she does not wish to appear neither with his/her name, nor with his/her image, nor with his/her voice, can freely choose to carry out before starting the session or during it, any of these – or all – instructions

  1. Name Hiding. – The attendee may not use his/her first/last name and instead use an “alias” for the event. (although the full name and the company to which it belongs must be known by the organization of the event in order to issue the corresponding accreditation of attendance).
  2. Image Hiding. – In the same way you can not activate the camera of your computer equipment or cover it up.
  3. Voice Hiding. – You can also not activate the microphone The delegate should use the keyboard to ask questions or make contributions, bearing in mind that if he/she does not do so, he/she will not be able to delete his/her voice afterwards.

Punctually at the beginning of each session, these instructions will be reiterated and a few minutes will be granted for the on-line participants to make the decision they deem appropriate, after which the recording will begin and the event will be recorded according to the choice made by the attendees and the usefulness of INSTRUMENTACIÓN ANALÍTICA S.A.

Obviously throughout the session they can change their initial decision as many times as they consider appropriate, INSTRUMENTACIÓN ANALÍTICA S.A. will in no case be responsible for the alterations that may occur since only those interested in their equipment can decide them.

The persons attending on-line, in the event that they record the event by their own means, expressly undertake to observe the regulations on data protection with respect to each and every one of the persons attending the event, and their reproduction or transfer to third parties for any reason is strictly prohibited unless they obtain the consent of the interested parties.

1.5.- Legal principles of application

I. Principle of legality, transparency and loyalty. The data will be treated solely and exclusively for the purposes indicated and with the utmost loyalty so that in no case will be used in any way detracting in any way to the attendees or be transferred to third parties under any circumstances – except to the Judicial Authority for the exercise or defense of legal actions.

II. Purpose of the treatment.

  1. Maintain a database of training events for later reuse in other training events.
  2. To have “advertising clips” on our website.
  3. To carry out the commercial follow-up of the products associated with the event.

III. Data Minimization

  1. In the face-to-face facet, only the image and, if necessary, the voice will be used. If the attendee wishes to identify himself/herself and the organization to which he/she belongs, this information will be recorded in the recording.
  2. On-line Faceta will use the data provided by the attendee in the form designed by the attendee (pseudonym, image or voice).
  3. In all cases, if the attendee so wishes, he/she must provide complete information and the organization to which he/she belongs in order to issue the corresponding accreditation.

IV. Conservation period

  1. Training videos shall be kept for as long as they can be useful for the training in question and for a maximum period of 10 years.
  2. Advertising “Clips” 3 years, which is the renewal period considered appropriate.

V. Security

  1. In any case, the processing of your image, voice and, where appropriate, identification will be carried out adopting the appropriate security measures to comply with the provisions of the legislation and regulations on data protection.
  2. Only the Members of the Board of Directors of the company in charge of Training and the advertising team for the “Clips” have access.
  3. In the event that INSTRUMENTACIÓN ANALÍTICA S.A. plans to carry out new treatments of your image for purposes other than those expressed herein, you will be duly informed and your consent will be requested again for each particular case.

Please note, however, that after the event is over, it will be retained and reproduced in its entirety for subsequent training sessions; in the case of advertising “Clips”, this can be avoided by using other shots.
