Workshop on Bioluminescence Toxicity

On 20 April 2026, we will be holding a specialised technical workshop in Madrid on toxicity analysis using bioluminescence with a suitable analyser (Biolight Toxy model) designed for conducting standardised bioassays (standard method UNE-EN ISO 11348-3) that utilise the bioluminescent bacterium Vibrio fischeri as an indicator organism for toxicity.

A new opportunity to explore toxicity analysis using luminescent bacteria, a rapid, sensitive and increasingly popular technique in environmental and industrial monitoring.

A technical seminar with a practical focus, featuring discussions among professionals and a review of real-world applications.
