Ethical Channel

Through the Ethical Channel, anyone linked to INSTRU can communicate their suggestions, doubts, or complaints regarding possible violations of the internal codes of Instrumentación Analítica, S.A., as well as report any events that, in their opinion, constitute a breach or transgression of internal rules and/or laws, whether or not they have criminal implications.

Confidentiality and privacy protection of all individuals involved are guaranteed. To provide greater security, anonymous reports are also allowed (in accordance with Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons reporting regulatory violations and fighting corruption). This channel is exclusively intended to receive communications related to risks or breaches of legislation, the Code of Ethics, or other internal rules. Any communication or claim unrelated to these matters will not be accepted.
