EN590 diesel fuel specification update

Seta AvCount particulate counters are included in the new updated EN 590 specification for diesel fuel that has been successfully balloted in response to concerns about poor fuel quality with a new particulate limit of 10,000 particles per milliliter (<4 microns) now mandatory. EN 590 will include a new IP 630 test method to be published in early 2025.
